Originally constructed in the
mid-1950's, The Wolf Lake Industrial Center was used by the
Defense Logistics Agency (department of the U.S. Army) as a
national security depot. The Long and Middendorf
families purchased the Wolf Lake Industrial Center and
Terminals in 1973 from the U.S. General Services Agency.
  
Since that time, the Long-Middendorf families have been
operating the facility and other facilities in the Midwest.
Primarily a storage and service organization. The Long
and Middendorf families also invest and develop real estate
throughout the United States. We are committed to our
customers, employees and to the communities in which we
operate businesses. We are dedicated to the protection
of the environment, quality of our customer's products and
