Wolf Lake Terminals, Inc., owns and operates a liquid storage facility containing over 500,000 barrels of storage capacity with 125 aboveground storage tanks, located on approximately 30 acres. WLT contains 12,000 linear feet of railroad track, providing room to stage over 200 railcars at a time. Approximately 1,800 liquid railcars pass through WLT each year. At WLT there are multiple blending operations set up to custom blend various products from de-icing material to white oils.

Well over 80 million pounds of various products are blended and distributed at or from the WLT facility every year. An average of 60 tanker trucks are loaded or unloaded at WLT daily for a total of over 15,000 loads each year. WLT built and operates the first Biodiesel production facility in the State of Indiana. The Biodiesel production is a toll manufacturing service for Evergreen Renewables of Indiana LLC. WLT maintains excellent product stewardship and consistently performs at or above industry standards by adhering to its ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System.

SLM PROPERTIES, LLC operates 'THE DEPOT' in Springfield, Illinois. The Depot is a 55-acre industrial park consisting of two 172,800 sq. ft. buildings, approximately 100 mini-storage units and various other industrial buildings. In the heart of Illinois, with immediate access to Interstate 55 and a total capacity of approximately 400,000 square feet, THE DEPOT offers a wealth of industrial warehouse and personal storage capacity, with land for future development.

This 72-acre industrial complex provides its customers comprehensive logistics services, including manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution services using the talents of its experienced management staff.

Long Middendorf Corporation owns and manages the three multi-tenant industrial warehouses within WLIC containing 200,000 sq. ft. each, or 600,000 sq. ft. total. Long Middendorf has successfully negotiated long term leases with numerous national and international corporations including: Bakery Feeds, Inc. (a subsidiary of Griffin Industries, Inc.), Berlin Metals Inc., Meade Electric Company, Contract Service Group (a Lear Seating Company prime vendor) and Sound Idea Productions.

Post Warehouse, Inc. is a public warehousing company within WLIC. Post provides a variety of value added services to its customers. Using inventory control software, Post Warehouse provides complete inventory control management to its customers. Post Warehouse operates four public drumming lines where over 60,000 fifty-five gallons drums of various products are filled and shipped annually. Recently, Post Warehouse was awarded a Customs bonded storage contract with Chicken of the Sea International to store in bond 25 ocean containers of canned tuna. Post Warehouse Inc. has operated profitably since being acquired by the Long and Middendorf families over fifteen years ago.

Tanco Terminals Inc. was established by Ewell Long and Garland Middendorf in 1977. Tanco Terminals Inc. is situated within the International Port of Indiana in Portage, Indiana, a state-owned and operated port facility. Because of Tanco Terminal’s long standing, environmentally conscious and financially successful operating history at the Portage location, the Long and Middendorf families enjoy a positive working relationship with the Indiana Port Commission.

Tanco Terminal’s facility at Portage has an office building, a utility building, a truck scale, two ship berths, two barge docks, two rail spurs, six truck loading/unloading stations and is accessible by barge, ship, rail and truck. A marine bulk liquid storage facility, operating eight above ground storage tanks with a combined capacity of over 274,000 barrels, Tanco Terminals, Inc., is currently servicing a number of customers, storing and transferring multiple grades of liquid asphalt, bunkering fuel and heating oil.

Tanco Terminals Inc. offers access to oceanic shipping via the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Seaway. Tanco Clark Maritime LLC provides the same type of service through the Ohio River System and Tanco Kansas City offers similarly service on the Missouri River.
